The Quickteller app makes these services accessible on compatible smartphones. As a result, it’s become fairly popular; the app has been downloaded more than 500,000 times on the Google Play store and has received well over 3,000 reviews there. With the Quickteller app, you can send money to friends, family, or anyone you choose. You may either transfer funds to their bank accounts, or to an eCash account (available to anyone who’s registered on Quickteller). There are no charges for topping up the eCash wallet. You can also receive money from others. Just create a transfer link within the app, share it with them, and they’ll pay you through it. There’s a bill payment function on the app too, which allows users to renew their cable TV and internet subscriptions, pay electricity bills, and buy flight tickets. You receive digital confirmation of these payments when they’re completed. You can buy mobile airtime from local and international telecom networks. Airtime top-ups are available in-app, affording users the chance to enjoy mobile network coverage regardless of where they are.
