The Access Bank Entry Level Recruitment Program offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals to kickstart their careers in the banking industry through a comprehensive training program the Access School of Banking Excellence, alongside other exceptional candidates.

Eligibility
To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline.
- Be aged 26 years or younger as of the date of application.
- For candidates with Master’s degrees (MSc) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB), the maximum age limit is 28 years.
- Attain a minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized and reputable university.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Available Divisions
Participants in the program will have the opportunity to specialize in various divisions, including Retail Sales, Products, and Retail Operations.
The Recruitment Process
The recruitment process consists of several stages designed to identify the best candidates for Access Bank’s program:
Step 1: Written Test
Candidates who meet Access Bank’s requirements will be invited to participate in a written test.

Step 2: Open Day
Successful candidates will attend an engaging Open Day event at the Access Bank head office. This event provides valuable insights into Access Bank’s operations and culture.
Step 3: Assessment
Candidates will undergo a series of assessments, including psychometric tests, essay writing exercises, and panel interviews.
Step 4: Final Interview
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a final interview with the Head of Human Resources.
Step 5: Training School Offer
Successful candidates will receive offer letters to Access Bank’s School of Banking Excellence for intensive training.
