This program aims at recognizing SMEs in emerging markets that create economic opportunities for women, whether as entrepreneurs or employees, or consumers. If you run a women-led business that’s contributing significantly to the economic empowerment of women, you may consider entering the awards.

The Inclusive Action Awards are organized by the Inclusive Action Hub, led by Value for Women, and are supported by Visa Foundation. Entries will be evaluated based on their integration of gender inclusion into their mission and operations, innovativeness, impact on women within their business and the communities they serve, and the sustainability of their gender inclusion practices.
Benefits
Persons who enter for this award could reap several benefits.
- The winner will receive a $50,000 cash prize, certificate of recognition, global media exposure, and recognition in a virtual award ceremony
- Runners-up will get a certificate of recognition and improved visibility via media exposure

Eligibility
This award is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
- Represent a medium to high growth business that employs less than 250 persons
- Committed to driving positive social impact, particularly benefiting women
- Business must be duly registered, formally recognized, and be in good standing in its country of operations
- Should show evidence of functioning according to a gender inclusive policy
- Maintain integrity and a consciousness of ethics in business practices

The Application Process
You can take these steps to enter for the Inclusive Action Awards:
- Ensure that your business meets the eligibility criteria defined by the award’s organizers
- Create an account on the award website, which allows you to commence your application
- Read, understand, and get familiar with the information (including requirements) on the application page before you start
- Complete the application form, and submit it
