Through the Eko Electricity Distribution Company Trainee Program 2025, Eko Electricity will train potential professionals, allow them to gain real-world experience, and prepare them for a career in the power sector. These trainees could then be part of a pool from which the company draws fresh recruits to fill roles within its expanding setup.

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
- Have a first degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Accounting
- Graduated with a CGPA of at least the Second Class Upper Division, or at least the Second Class Lower Division and a Master’s Degree in the relevant disciplines
- Must complete the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program before the EDTP begins
- Have between 0 and 3 years of experience
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Professional certifications will confer an added advantage
