It is designed to provide owners of SMEs in Nigeria with the skills and capabilities they need to make their businesses grow and become more profitable.

Eligibility
This program is open to businesses that meet these criteria:
- The business owner must be a citizen or legal resident of Nigeria
- Business should be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- For-profit organizations from any sector
- Must have been in operation for at least 5 years
- Sales or turnover of at least ₦25-50 million
- Must keep financial records
