The IMPACT Toolbox is organizing the Youth in Development Fellowship and Boot Camp. This program is aimed at youth around the world and is designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to make a positive impact in their communities via social entrepreneurship projects. According to the organizers of this program, its alumni have gone on to run and scale social ventures that are making a big difference in their domains.

The IMPACT Toolbox Youth in Development Fellowship is supported by the Rustandy Center for Social Innovation at the Chicago Booth Business School, the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Chicago, and Appalachian State University North Carolina, USA.

Benefits
This program offers the following benefits to its fellows:
- Learn from the Impact Strategy Course on the IMPACT Toolbox platform
- Learn to develop a business model, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), financial model, go-to-market strategy, effective business plans, and pitches to investors
- Attend a 3-day boot camp where they will gain inspiration from accomplished entrepreneurs and network with leaders and peers
- Receive equity-free financial support of up to $2,500

Eligibility
The IMPACT Toolbox Youth in Development Fellowship is open to persons who meet these criteria:
- Aged between 19 and 35 years at the time of the deadline for the submission of applications
- Have an idea that could drive positive social change if implemented
- Be able to read, speak, and write in English
- Must be available to complete fellowship activities
