This program will consist of classroom and practical training and will involve participants in ongoing transactions. They will learn to lead in their professional capacities and acquire the skills they need to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:

  • Should have a Bachelor’s degree (minimum of a Second Class Honours, Upper Division)
  • Must have good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Between 0 and 3 years of work experience
  • Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, FCA, CFA, or CIS) will confer an added advantage
