Africa’s flagship annual convention for the Real Estate sector, Real Estate Unite, powered by 3INVEST Limited, has commenced activities for the 2015 edition with the unveiling of the event’s agenda. The theme for this fourth edition is “Connecting the DOTS in Africa’s Real Estate”. It is set to hold on the 29th and 30th of September at Eko Convention Centre, Lagos. The summit reverts to the two-day format with features of Day 1 including Leaders Breakfast Meeting, Annual African Women in Real Estate Estate Meeting and the opening of exhibitions that will run for both days. Day 2 of the convention features the conference with engaging conversations by experts on Drivers, Opportunities, Transformation, and Sustainability (D.O.T.S); Four building blocks that contribute to the long-term viability of the sector; Drivers are harnessed to create Opportunities, resulting in Transformation that must be hinged on the principles of Sustainability for it to be effective. To cap the event, the Awards Dinner will hold on the evening of Day 2. Confirmed speakers for Unite Summit 2015 include: Executive Governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun FCA; Ruth Obih, 3invest; Hakeem Ogunniran, UPDC; Mark Bradford, JLL; Ronald Chaugoury, South Energyx; Nnema Byrd,  Stanlib; Uzo Oshogwe, Afriland Properties; MKO Balogun, GlobalPFI; Bolaji Edu, Broll; Olumayowa Ogunwemimo, FSDH; Roland Igbinoba, Pison Housing; Jumoke Akinwumni, Ogun State Housing Corporation and Gbenga Olaniyan, Estatelinks. Other activities lined up for this year’s event include the launch of 3Invest’s charity initiative, a vehicle that will be used to raise funds for charitable housing projects.
