The Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ECCIMA) has announced that the 28th edition of the Enugu International Trade Fair will take place from March 31st to April 10th, 2017.

The President of the ECCIMA, Ugochukwu Chime, disclosed this at the chamber’s 43rd Annual General Meeting. He said that the trade fair will take place at the International Trade Fair Complex in Enugu.

The event’s organizers have given this year’s fair the theme, “Promoting Nigeria’s Industrial Sector and SMEs for Inclusive Growth and Robust Economy”. According to them, the fair provides an opportunity to businesses, whether they are local or foreign, to access the commercially vibrant South Eastern market. They also say it aligns with the Federal Government’s diversification agenda, as it offers great market exposure for Nigerian non-oil exportable commodities.
