A 15-year-old named Yusuf Alabi who was captured in a widely shared photo standing in front of the Labor Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has revealed why he did it. During a recent campaign rally in Lagos, Obi, who used to be the governor of Anambra State, was joined by the party’s vice presidential candidate, Datti Baba-Amed, as well as leaders of Afenifere, Pa Ayo Adebanjo, and other party members.

In the photo, Yusuf Alabi is seen with his arms stretched out in front of a Toyota Prado SUV while Obi stands smiling through the open roof of the car.
During an interview, Alabi stated that he stood in front of the convoy due to his love for the LP flagbearer and he promised to pray for Obi if he wins the presidential election on February 25.

The photo of the young boy has touched many Nigerians and some have expressed an interest in finding him and rewarding him for his show of love for Peter Obi.
