So I am a peanut butter addict – I can use it to eat biscuits, bread, anything – and I’m always learning ways to enjoy it more. So here is a quick one to look forward to trying out this weekend. Here is the recipe and I hope you love and enjoy it.   INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED: 1. ¼ up peanut butter 2. 3 tbsp protein powder 3. 2 tbsp coconut 4. 2 tbsp coco powder 5. 2 tbsp coconut oil 6. 2 tsp maple syrup   PREPARATION: 1. Mix peanut butter, protein powder and coconut in a large bowl. 2. Spoon out small balls of the mix and place them on a lined plate. 3. Create melted chocolate mix by mixing the coco powder. Thicker is better. 4. Then place bites into chocolate and place on parchment paper. 5. Freeze for an hour.
