Netflix or used the slang ‘Netflix n Chill’, well now you can ‘iflix n Chill’ too. iflix is the latest offering in the video-on-demand subscription service sphere. The video streaming service was founded in 2014 by two companies – Catcha Group and Evolution Media Capital, and it focuses on developing markets.
Currently, iflix is available in 25 countries (including Nigeria) across UK, Asia, The Middle East and Africa, have partnerships with popular studios and content distributors like Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Disney, Warner Bros, Fox, Sony Pictures and others, and boast of more than 5 million subscribers on its service.
Iflix offers you unlimited access to a huge collection of TV shows and movies from all around the world. All your favourite stuff from Bollywood, Nollywood, and Hollywood, are all available on the service for you to stream or download for offline viewing. It also lets you pause, rewind, fast forward or replay videos as often as you like.
The iflix mobile app is available on all platforms – Android, iOS, and PC. You can take your entertainment with you wherever you go. You can also use the same iflix subscription on up to 3 mobile devices, and stream media to your TV using HDMI or Chromecast. The app is void of ads which makes for better user experience.
