On May 26, 2013, a Nigerian sailor, Harrison Okene ended up being the sole survivor of the Jackson-4, which capsized in heavy seas, 20 miles off the Nigerian coast. Eleven of the other crew members of the vessel died leaving Harrison as the only one to survive the accident.

Six months after the accident, incredible footage emerged of the moment Harrison was rescued from an air bubble on the ship, at a depth of 30 metres, three days after it capsized.
