Interns in the UNDP Digital Transformation Internship will work directly with digital technology integration in UNDP’s development work worldwide. The program offers monthly stipends between $200-$500 while participants contribute to fighting poverty, strengthening democracy, establishing the rule of law, and building inclusive institutions globally.

UNDP’s Chief Digital Office leads this transformation effort by weaving digital solutions into development projects, helping governments create inclusive digital environments, and updating internal systems to support these goals.

Operating in 170 countries with 17,000 staff members, UNDP serves as the UN’s main sustainable development agency. The organisation launched its Digital Strategy in 2019 and has since pursued an ambitious path to unlock digital technology’s power for development work.
