This Call for Proposals aims to award four-year grants – incorporating core and flexible funding – to civil society organisations focused on combating violence against women and girls, with particular emphasis on those serving structurally marginalised communities.
Eligible Locations:
- Countries and/or territories included on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Assistance Committee’s (OECD DAC) official development assistance (ODA) recipients list.

Eligible Applicants:
Civil society organisations, with preference given to:
- Women’s and girls’ rights organisations
- Women-led organizations
- Constituent-led organizations
- Small organizations
Duration Of Grant:
- All grants will have a four-year term.

Funding Amount:
Between US $150,000 and US $800,000.
- Small organisations may designate up to 18% of the grant for flexible funding, beyond contingency and indirect costs
- Large organisations may designate up to 12% of the grant for flexible funding, beyond contingency and indirect costs
