12. TICKET TO RIDE: A classic board game that translates well to the Android platform. This game is about building a rail empire by connecting cities, claiming routes, and blocking off your opponents.
13. THE SIMPSONS (TAPPED OUT): I love all the Simpsons games, be it the Christmas or vampire series. The Simpsons: Tapped Out lets players mold Bart, Lisa, and Homer’s hometown of Springfield however they see fit, while earning tasty donuts along the way.
14. TOTAL WAR (BATTLES): It’s not in the same league as the epic PC series, but it sure is a decent board game style campaign for supremacy in feudal Japan and tactical RTS battles with a twist.
15. OUT THERE: Space is bleak and unforgiving and you’ll need to be smart and maybe a little lucky if you expect to survive for any length of time. It’s tough and frustrating, but never boring.
16. PLANTS VS ZOMBIES 2: Carefully construct your garden of doom to take down the onslaught of zombies before one of them eats your brains. Set across several themed worlds, this game looks great.
17. GRAVE DEFENCE: A post-apocalyptic world packed with mutant zombies serves as the perfect backdrop for this tactical tower defense title. Plan your layout carefully and upgrade at the right time if you want to survive.
18. DEFENDER 3: Its twist on the tower defense genre puts you in control of a single tower as you try to mow down an onslaught of monsters. Your chances are boosted by a series of upgrades and spells you can unlock.
19. REAL BASKETBALL: Decent graphics and accessible controls make this quick to pick up, and the chance to test yourself online against other real players makes it tough to put down again.
20. WWE IMMORTALS: As if the WWE wasn’t already over the top, WWE Immortals takes the popular sport and transports it to an alternate reality chock full of supercharged signature moves, and ridiculous alter-egos.
