Social Media Week

3rd March 2018 Today is the grand finale of the Social Media Week. So, if you are in or near Lagos and, like me, like to be in the knew and network with other players in the social media world, then this is the place to be. It starts at 8am and the venue is Landmark Events Centre, Lagos.

Lagos Theatre Festival

Friday and Saturday, 2nd and 3rd March Lagos theatre is an annual event which promotes arts in Nigeria. It will feature a stage play titled  CPP (Chief Pleasure Provider) by Olakunle Agboola. It is a play that addresses sex exploitation and human trafficking. It is suitable for family viewing, so you can take your younger ones along. It is happening at British Council & Thompson Avenue, Lagos. Time is 4pm each day.

Mayorkun Performing Live

Saturday 3rd March 2018 There is also something for our friends resident in or visiting the UK. Nigerian music sensation Mayorkun will be performing live this weekend at KUDETA, Leeds, UK, this Saturday 3rd March. Expect to see him do some of his latest hits like MaMa and Che Che. The time is 10pm.
