The NNPC/NAOC/OANDO Tertiary Scholarship Scheme has two categories:
- Host/Transit Communities Merit Award: For applicants strictly from NAOC Host/Transit Communities
- National Merit Award: For applicants from non-host or transit communities
Eligibility
- You must be an undergraduate at the 100 level.
- Only the indigenes of NAOC Host/Transit Communities (Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, and Imo States) can apply for the Host Communities Merit Award category. Candidates must be studying geology, engineering, geosciences, and agricultural sciences to be eligible for the National Merit Award category.
- 200-level students and above are not eligible for the program.
- Current beneficiaries of similar programs are not eligible.

Requirements
- Passport photograph (white background and not more than 6 months old, 450px by 450px, not more than 200kb)
- School ID Card
- O’level Certificate
- Admission Letter
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Local Government Area of Origin
- Letter from Community Paramount Ruler (Only Applicants for Host Communities Merit Award)
Register to attend the CN Business Mixer
- Letter from CDC Chairman (Only Applicants for Host Communities Merit Award).
- JAMB Result
- Application documents must be named according to what they represent, to avoid mixing up documents during upload.
- Ensure you attach the appropriate documents when asked to upload them.
- Ensure to provide a valid email and phone number for effective communication.
- All candidates are required to fill out and sign the NAOC compliance declaration form.
