  The FATE Foundation Digitized Financial Literacy on the Go Program is a free, self-paced financial-based literacy program aimed at empowering entrepreneurs with knowledge of key financial concepts such as financial planning, financial management, and budgeting and cash flow.

FATE Foundation, in partnership with Meta, designed and curated the program.

To be considered eligible for the program:

  • The applicant’s venture should be in the early stages.
  • The applicant must hold a minimum academic qualification of SSCE/high school.
  • The applicant must be proficient in English.
  • It is open to the male and female genders.
  • It is open to applicants in all states of Nigeria.
  • The applicant should possess basic computer skills and have access to a digitally enabled device such as a laptop, phone, or tablet.

  • The FATE Foundation Digitized Financial Literacy program aims to provide financial literacy to entrepreneurs through a flexible and engaging learning experience through their mobile devices.
  • Participants will gain the ability to track business finance through the use of AI-powered automation.
  • Participants will build foundational financial management knowledge and skills.
  • Encouraging the habit of consistency in best financial record-keeping practices for informed decision-making.
  • The digital literacy level of entrepreneurs will be enhanced through the use of familiar and user-friendly platforms and tools.
  • Participants will gain business management tools.
  • Participants will be issued a certificate of completion after the program.
