Osaze, who has only a year left on his contract with West Bromwich, is desperate to leave the Hawthorns after falling out with the club hierarchy in January over a transfer dispute.
Queens Park Rangers tried to lure Osaze to Loftus Road in January, but the deal collapsed at the last minute.
