Continuing in their series on ‘Lesson in Grinding’, Startup Grind Lagos will be hosting a Technology Entrepreneur, Chris Kwekowe, at her monthly Meetup holding on the 25th of March at CapitalSquare.

Chris is a young MIT/Harvard trained innovative Ed-Tech entrepreneur from Nigeria. His venture, Slatecube, aims at developing young African talents into world class professionals for today’s distributed workforce. He’s shared this model with the likes of US President Barack Obama, Bill Gates, and across several continents and countries within the last 2 years.

Also included in the programme is a panel discussion based on the theme for the month ‘Grinding from Scratch’. The panel will include rising sensation Biodun Salako (also known as SLK) and foremost comedienne Wofai Ifada as they talk about building your business and brand from the ground up.

The Chapter Director, Uwem Uwemakpan and the Co-director, Blessing Abeng promise a great event as always. They also encourage entrepreneurs to come ready to network, rub minds and learn Lessons in Grinding.

Tickets for this event cost only N1000 online. Reserve your seat on Paystack. Tickets at the venue will cost ₦1,500.

This event is made possible with the partnership of Capital Square, The Afropreneur, Einsteinette Ltd, NMD Studios, and Chudy. It promises to be a day of value, fun, and networking.

  • Our young people need events like this. Rather than walk the streets looking for jobs that are hardly there, they need insight, information and motivation to help them start their own ventures. Good idea and the price is generous!
