startup-grind   On the 14th of June 2014, Startup Grind Lagos Chapter will take place at Kaiven Ventures Partners, 7b Acme Road, Ogba, Lagos and play host to four entrepreneurs. Startup Grind is a global startup community designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs. It is powered by Google for Entrepreneurs. Startup Grind hosts monthly events in more than 100 cities and 42 countries featuring successful local founders, innovators, educators and investors. They share personal stories and lessons learned on the road to building great companies, provide opportunities to connect with amazing startups and the people behind them, create a forum for a support network, create the opportunity to form meaningful connections and help people gain inspiration for the startup journey ahead. Startup Grind Lagos Chapter (co- directed by Tayo Brahm-Olorunoje and Adedeji Alebiosu) had Jason Njoku and Bastien Gotter, co- founders of Iroko in March 2014. One of the key speakers for the June edition is Jeremy Johnson, the co-founder of 2Uinc, who started his first company at 15 and his second one at 21 while he was a student at Princeton University. He serves on the board of The Young Entrepreneur Council. He has spoken on education and entrepreneurship at the White House and Congress, featured in Forbes Magazine and appeared on major international news networks. In addition, other speakers for the event include Iyinola Aboyeji, Ian Carnevale and Nadayar Enegisi. Free student tickets are available. For more information, click HERE
