Kiss Daniel, who has recently floated his own music label after disputes with his previous label, seems to be making progress despite the legal battles. His songn No Don is our Song of The Week.
The first time I heard the song, I could not help but notice (as I am sure you would have) the subtle Tales by Moonlight rhythm in the background. It is more pronounced towards the end of the chorus. You won’t believe the emotions and childhood memories it conjured up within me. The beat is catchy and danceable, and I find the lyrics admonishing and encouraging.
The song reminds us to live within our means, to be content and happy with what we have today despite who has what, to work hard and live in the hope that tomorrow will be better.
We love the song, and you might love it too.
