We don't fear only for the brutality of the boko harams, we also fear for the unjust and unlawfully shooting by agencies meant to protect us #EndSarz #JusticeForKolade

Being a 21st century Nigerian Youth is one of the most challenging things to be. No jobs, no structure, having a degree is pointless these days, yet you go out there to hustle and put food on the table, support your family and yet they try to kill you.#EndSarz #ENDSARSBRUTALITY

Justice Onnoghen Recommended For Retirement

Daily Post Nigeria
The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen has been recommended for compulsory retirement by the National Justice Council (NJC) after reports on him by EFCC were found to be “incontrovertible”. This coming after the Chief Justice. This is coming after the anti-graft agency accused the CJN of “being in possession of funds which are fairly not attributable to his known, provable and legitimate source of income”.
How can NJC say EFCC has proven beyond reasonable doubt, with INCONTROVERTIBLE evidence, Onnoghen's misdemeanor and corrupt acts then again ask @MBuhari to ONLY retire him and also give his retirement benefits and privileges.
— Banqie (@AdeBanqie) April 4, 2019
This perfume-on-corruption recommendation is very SAD
If the EFCC has "Incontrovertible evidences," against Onnoghen as being reported; why then is the NJC recommending retirement with full benefits, instead of retirement with full prosecution for Onnoggen? https://t.co/noPhdCG7kQ

As is my tradition, I will wait a little while before commenting further on the #Onoghen case. It takes a lot of discipline but is best. |EXCLUSIVE: NJC recommends Onnoghen for retirement – TheCable https://t.co/SkArFa0LWS

NJC want to let Onnoghen go through the back door by recommending him for retirement instead of outright dismissal.

PMB must do the needful by not dignifying a common thief!
Corruption enablers will soon scream "DEMOCRACY IN DANGER"

Recommendation is rewarding bad behaviour. No consequences for bad actions. Onnoghen should Not sit at Council of State. That’s undermining the berth of a New Nigeria. @MBuhari should be bold enough to send a strong message. Sack that man! He shouldn’t enjoy retirement benefits https://t.co/WikZp3ILMQ

NJC Recommends Retirement For Onnoghen
Good one 👍 pic.twitter.com/0QLMLhVu8j
Don't retire Onnoghen. Dismiss him outrightly so that other criminal judges like Mary Odili & co know this country must be taken serious.
— KING KUKUTE (@Ade_Nurayn) April 4, 2019
Why's the NJC retiring Onnoghen with full benefits? If they have found out that he truly is guilty, it is supposed to be a sack. In fact, fuck his entire career up.
— Demola Of Lagos 𓃵 (@OmoGbajaBiamila) April 4, 2019
The arms of government in Nigeria are like cult groups, always seeking to protect their members.
The real doubt on the anti-corruption fight will be the President accepting the recommendations of the NJC concerning #Onnoghen
— Anna Marie-Therese (@XperiencSwtness) April 4, 2019
Now you can concede that your tweet of January 31st, defending Onnoghen was made in haste.
I guess the fight have gone out of your sails now. https://t.co/foFmF8Cg7P
