Pete Edochie
When it comes to legendary actors, few hold a candle to Pete Edochie. He came into prominence in the 1980s when he played the iconic role of Okonkwo in the television adaptation of Chinua Achebe’s Things Fall Apart. Since then, he has starred in a significant number of movies, portraying a wide range of characters. His most recent role in Lion Heart shows he is a strong force to be reckoned with in the movie industry.
Jide Kosoko
Jide Kosoko is among a group of actors who have successfully branched off from the Yoruba movie industry to English movies. He started his acting career in 1964 as a child actor in the television show Makunjuola. He has gone on to appear in several television shows and movies of both Yoruba and English languages. From King of Boys to Royal Hibiscus, the actor has starred in a good number of recent flicks that prove he is still relevant in 2020.
Nkem Owoh
With funny lines, an endearing demeanour, and a talent for acting, Nkem Owoh has carved a unique niche for himself in the industry. In 2020, Nkem Owoh is still revered for iconic movies like Ukwa and Osuofia in London. His relevance in 2020 is quite apparent given the high calibre of movies he has recently started in. From the recently released Kpali to LionHeart, there’s no denying that Nkem Owoh has earned his title as the king of comic roles.

Richard Mofe Damijo
In 2020, Richard Mofe Damijo is unarguably one of the most talked-about celebrities not just for his good looks but also for his vibrant personality. Since his debut in the 80s TV show, Ripples, Richard Mofe Damijo has enjoyed longevity in his career and starred in a good number of movies. His recent movies include The Wedding Party, Chief Daddy, and Merry Men.
