She Code Africa provides the necessary framework and supportive community for participants to progress confidently in their careers, whether they’re making a career change or looking to advance in their existing position.
Participants will be paired with seasoned mentors based on their selected specialisation area from the following available tracks:

The program duration spans 3 weeks, featuring virtual meetings held twice weekly. Participants will collaborate with their assigned mentor alongside a small cohort of other mentees to establish objectives, address professional challenges, investigate digital career opportunities, and build both technical abilities and soft skills aligned with their career trajectory.

Eligibility Criteria
Open to women between 20 and 35 years old currently working in technology positions who have a minimum of 6 months of experience in the tech industry, or those transitioning into one of the offered specialisation tracks.
Candidates must have successfully finished a relevant course, internship, or bootcamp program and demonstrate the ability to attend all scheduled mentorship sessions.
