The Senegalese government have announced the abolishment of visa fees for individuals from all countries of the world. This new development will commence from 1st May, 2015. Senegal is a French-speaking West African country and its capital is the city of Dakar. The country is a fellow member of the Economic Community of West African States, so Nigerians are allowed free entry into its territory without a visa. Citizens from other African countries, European Union countries and others (about 106 countries) will receive their visas on arrival, if they possess a return ticket, proof of confirmed hotel accommodation, and a business or personal invitation letter. Only citizens of Palestine, Macao, South Sudan and Hong Kong must pre-book a visa before arrival. If you would like to visit Dakar, Avienti Limited offer many fantastic tour packages to choose from.
