See Official Trailer of “God Calling”

The official trailer of the HIM (Heart in Motion) Pictures faith-based thriller, “God Calling”, has been released. The movie stars Zainab Balogun, Richard Mofe Damijo, Onyeka Onwenu, Nkem Owoh, Karibi Fubara, Tina Mba and is produced by the creators of “Banana Island Ghost” and “Before 30”. “God Calling” is a captivating story about faith, hope, healing, and purpose. It follows the story of Sade, played by Zainab Balogun, who, after a tragic experience begins a journey of self-discovery and ultimately, faith.  She is caught up in the conflict between family culture and societial expectations and has to drown out the noise in order to hear and obey God’s call. The film focuses on modern-day spirituality, painting a scenario of what the life of major Bible characters might have been like if they lived in contemporary Nigeria, and had to contend with its peculiar challenges, unbelief, and technology. The producers hope that everyone will see themselves in the movie, and find answers to life’s nagging questions, especially the question of purpose. God Calling is directed by BB Sasore and expected in cinemas in December.
