It’s the third edition of the Lagos Startup Week which began in 2015 and has since been an avenue for great business minds to meet up, learn and celebrate the growing Startup culture in Nigeria. So, from the 25th to 30th of September, 2017, at Oriental Hotel, Lekki, Lagos, it’s going to be all about businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals whose great ideas are making a difference in their world.
This year’s event is themed ‘Visionary’ and according to the organisers, it is about visionary entrepreneurs whose questioning minds and unconventional ideas are transforming Africa and tackling the world’s challenges.
This year’s event will feature over 60 sessions that focus on business growth, strategy, marketing, starting out and so many networking opportunities. Some of the keynote speakers to expect this year include co-founder and CEO Paystack, Shola Akinlade; Oluyomi Ojo, founder/CEO, Printivo; Judith Okonkwo, Founder, Imisi 3D; Wole Famurewa, Market Editor, CNBC Forbes; Prosper Otemuyiwa, Google Developer Expert, and a host of other great speakers and business experts.
The event will also feature a Startup showcase where over 100 Startups will display their products to the diverse crowd of investors and customers. The week will also feature fireside chats, panel discussions, debates, product showcases, tour, dialogues, investor pitches and masterclasses that will inspire and motivate you as an entrepreneur.
