The Reckitt Catalyst Program is currently seeking up to 20 social entrepreneurs in the scaling phase who are driving innovative solutions to enhance access to essential health services and improve water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) across Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Mexico, and Brazil.

Qualification Criteria
- Must be a legally established, profit-generating organisation with headquarters and operations in one or more of the eight target countries (Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Mexico, and Brazil).
- Organisations registered in alternative jurisdictions (such as Delaware) may qualify provided their main headquarters and primary operations are located within the target markets.

Selection Schedule
- Evaluation Phase (July–August 2025): Complete submissions undergo assessment, with approximately 40 semi-finalists identified based on qualification standards and program compatibility.
- Interview Round (August–September 2025): Semi-finalists participate in virtual discussions with the selection committee, after which roughly 30 finalists advance to the concluding evaluation.
- Final Assessment (September 2025): A judging panel comprising representatives from Reckitt, YSI, and HIEx evaluates finalists to select up to 20 successful ventures for the Reckitt Catalyst Accelerator.
- Accelerator Experience (October 2025–April 2026): Chosen ventures engage in a 6-month virtual program encompassing mentorship, skill enhancement, investor connections, and potential access to flexible funding options.
