How to Prepare Ginger Lemon Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 ginger
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • Honey

Method

  • Wash and peel the back of the ginger. Put in a cup and pour hot water over it (you can choose to boil to bring out the flavour of the ginger).
  • Squeeze in some lemon juice into the cup.
  • You may sweeten with honey.
