Operating since 2017, this fellowship serves as a springboard for aspiring African innovators, creators, designers, and visionaries. The 2025 Policy Fellowship Program unites students, artists, tech professionals, academics, and grassroots organisers to investigate ways that civic technology, digital rights, and feminist approaches to data can transform our shared future with creativity, boldness, and distinctly African perspectives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students, emerging professionals, advocates, creative individuals, technology specialists, and academic researchers.
- Candidates with backgrounds in grassroots organising, civic technology, research, narrative development, policy work, or design.
- Members of marginalised groups and communities.
- Residents of Africa, with particular focus on East, West, and Central African regions.
