Poem Of The Week: Shades Of Loneliness…

Credit: blogs.sundaymercury.net

Like a dot in this world, I am

Please forget not about me

Lost in my thoughts, a crying free man

Resting on the shoulder of his memories

A thousand tears fall, just to see another day

A night of a hundred dreams

With my crucifix I pray

Dear Lord, His name I call

At the boarder line of fate

Six feet from the edge of emotions

Catch me when I fall

A path I walk, stained with blood, sweat and tears

Images of my past haunt me

Lost memories are my fears

But the hands of time I hold

In peril, darkness and cold

My heart is a scroll, engraved with words of freedom

Slowly I paint in colours, all Shades of Loneliness
