Selection Requirements
- Candidates must submit either:
- A brief video presentation (maximum 1 minute, MP4 format), OR
- A written statement (exactly 400 words, single-spaced, Arial 12-point font, English language only).

Both formats should address:
- Motivation for joining the program.
- Expected long-term advantages from participation.
- Unique qualifications as an ideal candidate.
- Video submissions must demonstrate clear audio and visual quality, minimal background interference, with applicants positioned directly facing the camera, displaying a head and shoulder view.
- Age requirement: Candidates must be minimum 18 and 30 years as of October 1st, 2025.
- Priority consideration given to: adolescents, young women, and individuals with disabilities.
