CBN Extends Deadline For BVN Registration to October 31

April 19, 2022

The Central Bank of Nigeria has extended the deadline for the registration of the Bank Verification Number from June 30 to October 31. This is to facilitate a smooth completion of the registration process. A statement by the bank said that this was also necessary in order to ensure that Diaspora account holders also complete their BVN registration.
