The team is hoping to produce the performance that saw them crowned African Champions at the 2012 edition in Porto Novo, Benin Republic with ten gold, six silver and five bronze medals. Okagbare will fly the country’s flag in the track events (100m, 200m and 4x100m relay) in Morocco. Okagbare, who was beaten to the 100m title two years ago by Gabon’s Ruddy Zang Milama, will be hoping to add the African Athletics gold medal to her impressive collection. We wish the team a very fruitful and mesmeric performance in Morocco.
