The win sees Liverpool climb to second, two points behind Arsenal who were dismantled 6-3 by Manchester City in Saturday’s early kick off. CARDIFF CITY 1-0 WEST BROM Peter Osaze Odemwingie faced his former side, West Brom for the first time since his summer move after a protracted dispute between him and West Brom management over a failed transfer to QPR last January. He had the last laugh when Peter Whittingham leaped above West Brom defence to give his side the maximum points. Victor Anichebe wasn’t named in West Brom squad for the game.
