John Mikel Obi and Victor Anichebe were second half substitutes for their respective teams.
Mikel replaced Cesar Azilicupeta at the 73rd minute, while Anichebe replaced Benin international, Stephane Sessegnon, who had scored earlier in the 81st minute.
A 96-minute penalty from Eden Hazard ensured a 2-2 draw.
LIVERPOOL 4-0 FULHAM
Victor Moses replaced Daniel Sturridge at the 76th minute in an easy win against London side, Fulham. Luis suarez grabbed the headlines with a brace.
SOUTHAMPTON 4-1 HULL
Sone Aluko missed his side’s thrashing at St. Mary’s stadium through injury. Steven Bruce would be praying for his quick recovery to salvage them from their recent slump.
TOTTENHAM 0-1 NEWCASTLE

Shola’s younger brother, Sammy didn’t make the Newcastle squad for the game.
