West Brom 1-1 Liverpool Victor Moses and Jordan Ibe spent the whole game on the bench for the Merseyside club. Victor Anichebe pounced on Kolo Toure’s error to grab a point for his club. Newcastle 0-3 Sunderland Sammy and Shola Ameobi returned to Newcastle starting lineup for the North-East derby against Sunderland but couldn’t stop their team from going down to their neighbours. Sammy was replaced by new boy, Luuk de Jong in the second half. Stoke 2-1 Manchester United Osaze Odewingie made his full debut for Stoke after making the switch to Britannia in a swap deal with Kenwyne Jones heading to Cardiff City. His presence in the team emboldened Stoke City who were relentess in defence after going 2-1 up through a Charlie Adam double.
