The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2019 kicked off on Friday 12th April, and lasted through the weekend, with performances by some of the biggest names in the global music industry, including Childish Gambino, Solange Knowles, Wiz Khalifa and Ariana Grande.
However, what has got Nigerians talking is the debut of two of her own on one of the biggest music festivals on the globe: Banku singer, Mr. Eazi, and favorite Afro-fusion singer, Burna Boy.

Mr. Eazi thrilled the audience on the night of Saturday, 13th April, as they gleefully sang along to some of his hit songs.
Burna Boy mounted the stage on the night of Sunday, 14th April, and put up an electrifying performance, singing a medley of songs including ‘Killin Dem’, ‘Dangote’ and ‘On the Low’. You couldn’t miss his Zanku dance steps.
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is an annual music festival held in the United States, which showcases some of the most popular and established music acts. It is one of the largest, most popular, and most profitable music festivals in the world, setting records for attendance and revenue generated.
The festival, which launched in 1999, has Childish Gambino, Tame Impala and Ariana Grande as the major acts for the 2019 edition. Coachella continues on Friday 19th to Sunday 21st April, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Califonia
