1. President Goodluck Jonathan has announced plans to come up with incentives to make multinational companies in the country buy the idea of  listing oil giants, GSM and power companies on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). 2. Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State will on Thursday, March 19, be commissioning the Lagos State University station, LASU Radio- 95.7fm and two other completed projects during the institution’s 20th convocation ceremony kicking off on Thursday, March 12. 3. The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has proposed a budget of N524 million naira for the Super Falcons’ 2015 FIFA Women World Cup campaign in Canada later in the year. 4. President Goodluck Jonathan has set aside about N500 million to boost the Nigerian film industry, with focus on the North-east region. 5. In an effort to boost the Nigerian local content policy, N121 billion has been invested in the building of a fertiliser plant and a 350-megawatt power generating plant  in Ologbo, Edo state. This was confirmed by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OBAX World Limited, Patrick Obasuyi. 6. As part of efforts to raise the standard of agricultural production in Ekiti State and expand the frontiers of the state’s Stomach Infrastructure Policy, the Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose has purchased 7,200 bags of fertilizer for distribution to farmers in the state. 7. The Senate in a plenary session on Thursday approved the harmonised version of the 2015-2017 Medium Term Expenditure Framework . 8. Nigeria is again taking her place among nations worldwide as activities for the “Million Woman March for Endometriosis Worldwide” kick off in earnest as part of the ongoing campaign to save Nigerian women from the pain and trauma of endometriosis. 9.  Eko Atlantic and the Lagos Polo Club have teamed up to create and host the first polo tournament at Eko Atlantic in Lagos which will be held over a period of three days, from Thursday 19th to Sunday 2nd March, 2015. 10.  Nigeria’s Super Eagles team has moved up one spot  in the latest FIFA World rankings, released yesterday. Nigeria polled 701 points to move up from 42nd to 41st in the World and 7th in Africa.
