Nigeria’s U-23 team has been grouped in Group B alongside Egypt, Algeria and Mali for the CAF U-23 Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2015.
Group A is made up of host Senegal, Zambia, South Africa and Tanzania.
According to a statement on the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) website, the draw was conducted by CAF Secretary-General Hicham El Amrani and assisted by CAF Executive Committee member Amadou Diakite on Monday at the CAF Headquarters in Cairo.
The Championship’s top three sides will represent Africa at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The tournament will take place from November, 28 to December, 12 in Dakar and M’Bour, Senegal.
