Nigeria Internet Governance Forum Set to Hold June, 2014

The Nigeria Internet Governance Forum is set to hold June 10, 2014 at The MUSON Center, Onikan, Lagos.

NIGF is an annual event which started in 2012 with a cumulative attendance of over a thousand stakeholders. The primary objective of the forum is to engage multi-stakeholders, and to harness and aggregate productive ideas, best practices and experiences towards facilitating an all inclusive framework for internet governance in Nigeria that will actively stimulate economic growth.

The two-day event starts with a youth forum titled “Internet Governance for Job Creation & Social Enterprise Development” which will be under the chairmanship of an Internet Security Consultant and former DG of NITDA, Professor Cleopas Angaye.
