A new visa renewal process called Expanded DHL Drop Box Visa Programme has been announced for U.S. visa applicants. This programme will allow certain applicants who have previously been issued U.S. visas to renew their visas without attending an interview. The programme covers B1/B2 visas that have expired not more than two years before re-issuance and F, L and H visas that have expired not more than one year before re-issuance.
This statement was recently made by the U.S. Mission to Nigeria and it advised applicants to visit the U.S. Embassy on Nigeria’s website for information on the needed criteria for renewals.
