Leicester City midfielder and Nigerian International,
Wilfred Ndidi has been ranked ninth in the latest Sky Sports Power Rankings for the week in a list comprising 50 Premier League players.
The
Sky Sports Ranking, which was released a few days ago is updated every week during the season. The ranking is based on each player’s performance over the last 5 matches played and points are generated for 32 different stats.
According to the latest rankings, the Super Eagles midfielder moved up from position 13th to the ninth position after accumulating 6,747 points to get into the top 10 of the rankings.
Leicester’s Riyad Mahrez is topping the chart with 10.028 points for the first time in almost two years, after scoring his third goal in four games during a 4-1 win at Southampton on Wednesday.

Top 10, Sky Sports Power Rankings include Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne, who remains at number two, his teammate, David Silva, who currently occupied the third position, Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur is in fourth and Manchester United’s David De Gea in fifth.
Spurs’ Heung-Min Son is sixth, while Leicester’s Shinji Okazaki is in the seventh position, Nicolas Otamendi of City is comfortable occupying the eight position and Wayne Rooney is in tenth.
