Just a few weeks back when President Goodluck Jonathan set up a committee for flood relief, consisting of captains of industry, top bureaucrats, high-profile advocates and several others. The 34-member team, led by Billionaire Industrialist, Aliko Dangote and reputed lawyer, Olisa Agbakoba, has raised N11 billion in its first few weeks, which is 10% of its N100 billion target.
The donation has seen support from the Dangote, the Federal Government and several others, further donation is expected from banks, oil and gas companies and telecommunication companies.
