We love this music video because it reminds us that Simi and Adekunle Gold are now husband and wife. The two got married early this year, but the ceremonies were kept secret until they released the song Promise a few days later. The song came with a music video that showed their fans clips and teasers from the wedding ceremony. The couple have been very clear about their wish to keep their married life as private as possible. They have apparently chosen instead to give us small glimpses of their happiness on their own terms.
Their union promises a kind of musical magic that we haven’t yet seen from the two.
