Alexandra tells the story of an innocent online meeting between a young Nigerian lady Alexandra and an American Kevin that soon becomes a gripping nightmare, suffocating her dreams of finding love as she struggles to survive.
Alexandra, who thought her best days had just begun when she met Kevin, is drawn by his promises of marriage and having children. She travels to America to be with him, only to realize that her life has taken a turn for the worst. Alexander is torn between deciding to fight for her life and having her voice silenced forever.
The film stars Hollywood’s Vivica A. Fox and Rob Hayes, alongside Nollywood’s Joseph Benjamin and Ada Ameh (Emu of The Johnsons TV drama) and is showing at all Silverbird Cinemas and Filmhouse cinemas.
