Here is a motivational video I am delighted to share with you as we round off this year and enter into the new year. I am sure this month was the month most of us counted our winnings and losses for 2015 and most times we can be pretty harsh on ourselves. At this moment and time, you have only three days left in 2015 and if there is anything else you can make better it is your planning on how you’ll have less losses and make better choices in 2016.
However, this video isn’t about planning. It is about the state of mind you have to be in to help with your planning. Winning and losing starts in the mind. Once your state of mind is in the right place, you can plan and actually win.
It is hard to be grateful when things did not work out the way you had planned for it. Yet, for those heights you plan on conquering in 2016, being grateful is key.
David Steindl-Rast explains this better in the video “Want to Be Happy? Be Grateful” Enjoy
