Life as we know it is an ever changing progression of events, ideas, beliefs, systems and so much more. It is therefore useless to close the gates against the change that is happening out there because the next leap that needs to be taken is not just outside there but within us.
Within us lay great qualities gone to bed. The more we realize this, the more we discover that even the smallest changes in attitude and actions can make a big difference.
Here are the smallest little changes you can make to achieve better results in the long run. The key is to do a little bit more than you did yesterday.
1.
Save Time: Compare how much time you saved yesterday to how much you have saved today.
2.
Re-prioritize: Use the time you have saved for more productive ventures
3.
Activate emotional intelligence: Consider what the motive was behind actions that you took that yielded positive results. Use them again.
4.
Move beyond old habits: Consider your habitual actions. Which of them are fruitful? Which need to be changed? Change them.
5.
Amplify your ingenuity: Did you test new levels and approaches and found that they worked? Find out how and why they worked.
6.
Review collaboration: How did you team up with others effectively in hitting higher targets? You should try that again!
7.
Increase drive and energy: How were you able to increase and sustain the increased level of energy and engagement all day?
Are you surprised at how you got out of that old habit or battling with the thought that things won’t improve by making these little changes?! Well, rest assured that baby steps eventually grow to become matured and sure adult steps. Don’t stop there, make a difference every day until you look back and are wowed at the considerable change that has taken place.
This is how you erase yourself as the obstacle standing between you and achieving better results that lead to success.
